Shipping Policy

Most Orders Are Shipped From Jordan, As A Small Business, Batrina Is Proud That All The Products Are Made Packed, Shipped, And Managed Locally.

Local Shipments
All orders inside Jordan are shipped with a local shipment company. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 5 business days.

International shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL to your destination country's postal service. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Most orders are processed and out the door in 5 to 14 business days. Shipping cost is generally determined by actual weight of goods and packaging, however, occasionally, the cost may be determined by the dimensional weight of the package (depending on size of the order).


International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place your order. Batrina cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Batrina will not grant refunds of any kind.

Return & Exchange Policy

We Want You To Love Your Products And Enjoy It Story, So We Are Happy To Exchange Full-Priced Items For Other Products Or A Full Refund Within 14 Days Of Purchase.

Items not eligible for returns:
- Any items purchased using a discount code or sale items. These are all final sale.
- Any items missing, torn, or open packaging.

All return shipping cost will be covered by the customer unless the product you receive were damaged.


DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to hello@batrinastore.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.
